Ken Stewart, Chief Executive Officer

Ken Stewart serves as AiRXOS’ CEO, joining the organization in 2017 as Executive Product Manager, Digital. He brings more than 25-years of technology industry leadership, telecom expertise, start-up innovation, and executive management experience. Ken manages corporate direction and strategy at AiRXOS, directing company activity in technology, sales, marketing, alliances and channels, and support. In 2018, Ken was recognized as one of the ‘Top 7 Drone Visionaries’ by Commercial UAV News.

Eric Mish, Chief Financial Officer

Eric Mish is a seasoned finance leader with experience across multiple industries, including Aviation. Prior to joining the AiRXOS team, Eric spent 10 years with General Electric, where he was most recently the Global FP&A Leader for BHGE Digital. Eric has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Mark Lanphear, Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development

Mark Lanphear is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development for AiRXOS. With more than 25 years of sales and business development experience, Mark oversees the direction and planning for AiRXOS’ sales strategy and manages the strategic positioning of AiRXOS’ products and services. Prior to joining AiRXOS, Mark was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Enterprise for AirMap, and before that held positions with Bluvision, part of HID Global and TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Sales from California State University-Northbridge.

Avinash Chugh, Senior Director, Product Management

Avinash Chugh is responsible for determining the strategy and roadmap for AiRXOS' products. Previously, Avinash was Director of Product Management for Mobile and SaaS Services at IDEMIA where he led mobile identity and biometrics products for consumers and enterprises. Avinash has over 20 years of experience in strategy development and product management for technology products, including a wide range of SaaS Services and Mobile Apps. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology and a MBA from The Wharton School.

Ted Lester, Chief Technologist

Edward “Ted” Lester directs the technology roadmap, leads research projects, and manages external UTM-related partnerships at AiRXOS. He also engages with standards committees, including ASTM F38 UTM-related working groups and the RTCA SC-228 Detect and Avoid working group. Prior to AiRXOS, Ted worked on UAS airspace integration for the US Air Force and FAA at The MITRE Corporation. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College majoring in physics and an S.M. from MIT in Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Jennifer Schneider Goldberg, Director of Operations & Programs

Jennifer Schneider Goldberg oversees operations at AiRXOS, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver on AiRXOS’ strategy and operational plans. Jenn was part of the original team that launched AiRXOS in 2017. She brings 25 years of experience in project management, program management, and operations in the software and AEC industries. Jenn holds a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Wendy Ljungren, Safety & Certification Leader

Wendy Ljungren is responsible for the safety and certification of AiRXOS' products including Regulatory Services, and was part of the original team that launched AiRXOS in 2017. She has a long history of pioneering aviation automatic controls, safety directed development, and regulatory expertise. Prior to joining AiRXOS, Wendy was Vice President of Software at GE Aviation Systems and Engineering/Program Management at L-3 Avionics. Wendy holds a BS and a MS in Electrical Engineering specializing in control systems.

Zhiying Jin, Head of Software & System Development

Zhiying Jin oversees a team of engineers responsible for the development of AiRXOS software applications and UAS traffic management system. Jin started as a software developer at GTE Laboratories and worked on many different projects including Geospatial Information Services (GIS) and network planning. Jin has held senior staff and management positions overseeing software engineering teams at Verizon. Jin has both a Ph.D. and MBA in Operations Management from Rutgers Business School, with 16 publications and 43 granted patents.
